Fried Instant Noodles

Material preparation, as shown in the figure.

Start the pot and use the green onions to blast the pot.
3.
Add the peeled tomatoes and fry until the tomatoes are juicy.

Pour the assorted vegetables and stir fry over low heat.
5.
Cook the noodles.
6.
Put the cooked instant noodles into the pot.
7.
Add the scrambled eggs and continue to stir fry.
8.
Finally, add green peppers, stir fry over low heat, add salt and chicken essence before cooking.
Tips:
1. Peel the tomatoes and blanch them with hot water.
2. Scrambled eggs should not take too long, and serve after they are fried.
