Fried Jelly
1.
Prepare a piece of jelly, garlic sprouts, eggs, and red pepper.
2.
Cut the jelly into small pieces, beat the eggs, chop the garlic sprouts, and cut the pepper into sections.
3.
First scramble the eggs, set aside, and stir-fry the eggs a little bit more tenderly, and then put them in the jelly.
4.
Put the base oil, add the jelly and stir fry, add a small amount of salt, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce. Add a little water, the jelly will not stick to the pan easily and will be softer.
5.
Add eggs before the jelly comes out of the pan, stir-fry the garlic sprouts evenly, add chicken essence ~ stir-fry and then transfer out to the pan.
6.
I personally like to eat the one with a layer of browning underneath~ you can turn the jelly less, and the one side is browned, turning it over, it tastes more delicious.
