Fried Jelly

Main ingredients: jelly, green garlic, shallots, laoganma tempeh sauce

Cut the jelly into cubes about 2 cm square, and mince the green garlic and shallots separately.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the shallots and green garlic and sauté until fragrant, add the black bean sauce (leave a part of the green garlic)

Add the chopped jelly after sautéing.

Stir-fry evenly, add 1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce and 2 teaspoon light soy sauce

Add 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Add all the spices and cook on medium heat for about 2 minutes.

Boil the jelly until soft and transparent, add the remaining chopped green garlic.

Stir fry again evenly.

Tips:
The jelly should be cooked for a while, and it is best to be slightly transparent.
