The fried jelly a few days ago felt delicious, so I didn’t need to work overtime on the weekend and tried it again.

Fried Jelly

1. Sliced jelly

2. Add scallion oil to the pan and sauté until fragrant

3. Add jelly

4. Stir and add carrots

5. Stir fry

6. Add soy sauce

7. Stir-fry until evenly

8. Add salt

9. Stir-fry again and add half a bowl of water

10. Stew until the jelly is tasted and the juice is ready

Tips:

Stir-fry the jelly until it changes color, add water to a low heat and simmer for a good taste
