Fried Kohlrabi with Bacon

Peel the rutabaga and soak the bacon in hot water.

Cut the rutabaga into chunks and slice the bacon and pork.
3.
Pour the bacon and fry it out of oil.
4.
Pour the pork and stir fry.
5.
Pour kohlrabi and stir fry.
6.
Sprinkle a little water on the lid and simmer.
7.
Stir fry from time to time.
8.
Add appropriate amount of salt to the cooked rutabaga and season with light soy sauce.
Tips:
If you like soft, add a little more water and cook for a longer time. If you like crispy, just cook.
