Fried Konjac Tofu with Pickled Peppers

Cut the konjac tofu into small strips and cook in boiling water for two minutes

Pickled peppers, green onions, garlic, and ginger cut into pieces

Pour the right amount of oil into the pot, about half of the usual cooking, because konjac tofu does not absorb oil

Pour pickled peppers, green onions, garlic, and ginger into the pot and stir fry for one minute

Pour in the konjac tofu, add salt and soy sauce, stir fry for 2 minutes and then out of the pan

Tips:
1. Don't cook the konjac tofu for too long, otherwise it will be old.
2. The oil must be controlled well when cooking, otherwise it will be greasy.
