Ingredients

Fried Konjac with Cabbage Stems

1. Clean the cabbage stems and cut them into small pieces for later use!

2. Cut the konjac into pieces and blanch it in boiling water for about 2 minutes to remove the alkali flavor in the konjac!

3. Wash the carrots and cut into slices, mince the garlic cloves, cut the ginger into shreds, cut the dried chili into sections, and cut the scallion into sections for later use!

4. Heat up the pot, pour in the right amount of oil, add garlic cloves, ginger, dried chilies, and peppercorns to fry them for a nice fragrance!

5. Put in the processed konjac and stir fry for a while!

6. Add the chopped cabbage stalks, stir-fry the green onion and carrots evenly!

7. Add a spoonful of salt and two spoons of balsamic vinegar and stir fry evenly!

8. Add the right amount of chicken powder to season before starting!
