Fried Konjac with Diced Meat

Wash the konjac and cut into small diamond-shaped pieces. Peel the zucchini and cut into small diamond-shaped pieces. Dice the lean pork, cut the ginger and garlic, and cut the green and red chili peppers.

Pick up the frying pan, add the diced meat and ginger rice when the oil is 60% hot and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the surface of the diced meat turns slightly yellow, add the minced garlic (leave a part) and stir fry until fragrant.

Stir konjac and zucchini together, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine and stir well.
5.
When the zucchini is sautéed, add the green and red pepper, the remaining garlic and salt, and stir well.
