Fried Lao Tofu with Pickled Vegetables and Eggs

1. Ingredients: old tofu, pickled vegetables (washed and chopped), eggs (beaten into a bowl)

2. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine to the egg.

3. Beat into egg liquid.

4. Chop the old tofu into pieces and set aside.

5. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pot, add egg mixture and stir fry into cubes.

6. Next, stir-fry the chopped old tofu and chopped pickled vegetables.

7. Then, add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.

8. Add 0.5 scoop of MSG.

9. Saute and stir well, serve.
