Fried Lao Tofu with Pickled Vegetables and Eggs

Ingredients: old tofu, pickled vegetables (washed and chopped), eggs (beaten into a bowl)

Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine to the egg.

Beat into egg liquid.

Chop the old tofu into pieces and set aside.

Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pot, add egg mixture and stir fry into cubes.
