Fried Lentils with Headless Shrimp

Ingredients: Lentils (picked and washed)

Shrimp (the head has been removed and the shrimp line is cleaned)

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the lentils and stir fry.

Next, add the headless shrimp, add some cooking wine and stir fry until the shells turn red and the lentils are cooked.
5.
Then, add some salt and chicken essence.
6.
Stir-fry well and serve.
