Fried Lily with Snow Peas

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Wash and cut all the ingredients.

3. Put snow peas and lilies in a pot, blanch them and remove them.

4. Heat oil in the pot and stir-fry the carrots for a while.

5. Add snow peas and lily and stir fry.

6. Add salt.

7. Add water starch and fry them all out of the pan.

Tips:

Lily and snow peas are easier to fry when blanched in advance.
