Fried Lily with Yam

Fresh yam is peeled and cut into diamond shapes, soaked in salt water (so that the yam will not turn black), and carrots are cut into water chestnuts.

The fresh lily is divided into petals and washed to remove the old pedicles.

Put an appropriate amount of boiled water in a bowl, mix in the seasoning, make a sauce for later use.

Boil water in a pot, pour lily, yam and carrots and cook until half cooked (about 1 minute).
5.
In another pot, pour a small spoonful of peanut oil, pour down the ingredients of Method 4 and fry lightly, pour in the sauce and stir-fry well.
