Fried Loofah with Fritters

Prepare materials.

Cut the loofah into hob pieces.
3.
Cut the fried dough sticks into small pieces.
4.
Mince garlic.
5.
Put oil in a wok and sauté minced garlic over low heat.

Add the loofah and stir fry.

Put a little broth, add a spoonful of Mega Soy Sauce and salt and cook until it is ripe.

Add the fried dough sticks and stir evenly out of the pan. (Youtiao will suck soup)
Tips:
1. Don't add too much broth. Youtiao will suck juice very much. Too much soup will make youtiao soft and taste bad.
2. The loofah is very fresh, so don't put a lot of salt.
