Fried Loofah with Poached Egg

1. Prepare the ingredients and wash them.

2. Change the ingredients to a knife and beat the eggs into a bowl.

3. Heat the pan with cold oil and pour the eggs.

4. Scatter the egg yolk a little.

5. Fry the egg yellow on both sides and shovel to one side.
