Fried Loofah with Shrimp

Ingredients: loofah, shrimp (cleaned).

Peel the loofah and wash it.
3.
Put it on the chopping board and cut into hob blocks, set aside.
4.
Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cleaned shrimps, and add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.
5.
Stir fry.
6.
Next, stir in the cut loofah and stir fry.
7.
Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.
8.
Add the right amount of MSG. (With or without MSG at will)
9.
Stir-fry well and serve.
