Fried Lotus Root Balls

1. Prepare ingredients: minced meat, lotus root, ginger, green onions.

2. Cut lotus root into small pieces, mince green onion and ginger.

3. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, eggs, lotus root flour (the same goes for starch without lotus root flour).

4. Stir in one direction.

6. Pour oil in the pot and heat it to 50% heat, put in the prepared lotus root balls, reduce the heat and fry slowly until golden brown and remove.
