Fried Lotus Root Box

Prepare the meat paste.

Add flour, orange flour, glutinous rice flour, beer, and eggs to the bowl.

After mixing the batter, the chopsticks are lifted and flow down.

Add the minced ginger onion, soy sauce, salt, and a little water to the meat paste and mix well.

The lotus root is peeled, not cut with one knife, and cut with one knife. It is a lotus root clip.

Tips:
