Fried Lotus Root Clamp

1. Chop pork and shrimp glue

2. Add cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, white pepper, chicken powder and sesame oil, mix well

3. Wash lotus root and peel off

5. Take a piece of lotus root and put a proper amount of shrimp stuffing

Tips:

The lotus root can also be sliced into 2 slices without cutting. I find it troublesome, so I just cut it into one piece.
