Fried Lotus Root Slices with Bacon

Wash and slice all ingredients.
2.
Boil the lotus root slices in boiling water for 1 minute and drain for later use.
3.
Heat the oil in the wok and stir in the shredded ginger.
4.
Add the bacon, stir the sliced green onion until the bacon turns color and oil.
5.
Add lotus root slices, light soy sauce and vinegar.
6.
Stir-fry evenly.
