Fried Mackerel Cubes
1.
Clean the internal organs of the Spanish mackerel, wash it several times, cut into thin pieces to facilitate deep-frying, add green onion, ginger, garlic, thirteen incense, salt, cooking wine, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes to taste.
2.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, whichever is just submerged, and heat it on high until the oil is hot and slightly smoking. Dip the mackerel cubes in dry flour, shake off the excess flour, and fry it to one side. Finalize the shape and then fry the other side. Set both sides to low heat and fry slowly until golden brown, and the skin is crispy and remove.
3.
You can sprinkle some salt and pepper while it is hot, or put the salt and pepper on one side of the plate, and dip it whenever you want to eat.
