Fried Mantis Shrimp with Clams

Ingredients: mantis shrimp.

Flower clam (washed after spitting out the sand).

Sliced ginger and green onion.

Cut off the tail and the thorns on both sides and the head of the mantis shrimp.

Cut it with scissors and set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then put the ginger slices in the saucepan.

Then, add the mantis shrimp and stir fry.
8.
Then, add the clams, add some cooking wine and stir fry the clams until the mantis shrimp is cooked.

Then, add some soy sauce and salt.
10.
Season and stir well, put in the green onion, and ready to go.
