Fried Meatballs

Prepare the ingredients: Wash the meat, cut into pieces, put it in a large pot for later use, and cut appropriate amount of green onions into pieces for later use.

Prepare the flour and duck eggs in an appropriate amount.

Wash the surface of the duck eggs and knock them into the basin.

Add the right amount of salt, oyster sauce and mix well with the eggs.

Add an appropriate amount of flour, stir evenly while adding, and stir clockwise (this step is very important), until the chopsticks can hang the batter.

Sprinkle the chopped green onion and stir well.

Pour an appropriate amount of mixed oil into the hot pan.

Heat over medium and small heat until the chopsticks have small bubbles.

Use a spoon to scoop an appropriate amount of the paste into the pan and fry it.

Slowly fry on medium and small fire until golden brown and then remove.

Fry it and put it in a big pot, take a close-up look.
