Fried Meatballs

1. Peel the pork belly and chop it into froth with a knife.

2. Chop ginger, shallots, and water chestnuts (peeled).

3. Beat the eggs in a large bowl.

4. Put the chopped minced meat into the egg bowl.

5. Add cornstarch, salt, pepper, and a little sugar, mix well.

6. Add the water chestnuts, shallots, and ginger and stir vigorously in one direction.

7. Grab an appropriate amount of minced meat and knead it into a ball in the palm of your hand.

8. Put oil in the pot and heat until 80% hot, add the meatballs and fry them until they are fully cooked and the surface is golden brown.

9. Finally, pick up and drain the oil.

Tips:

If you don’t like to use water chestnuts, you can also use carrots or white radishes.
