The standard configuration when babies eat French toast for breakfast: toast + meatloaf.

Fried Meatloaf

1. Add chopped green onion, soy sauce, oyster sauce, thirteen incense, sesame oil, and black pepper to the meat filling.

2. Prepare eggs and yogurt.

3. Mix the eggs and yogurt and mix well. (Mostly used for spinning, about 1 scoop is mixed into the meat)

4. Mix 1 to 2 scoops of yogurt and egg liquid into the meat, then add half a scoop of flour and 1 scoop of glutinous rice flour.

5. Stir well.

6. Heat the pan with cold oil, about 80% hot, pour in the meat and squash.

7. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

8. 0k.

Tips:

1. Egg liquid: It should be mixed with eggs and milk, but if there is no milk, use yogurt instead. Baby feedback: It tastes so good!
2. Because there is no ginger, the amount of thirteen incense should be large, otherwise it will be fishy. The baby said it was a five-scented meatloaf.
