Fried Milk

Mix milk, whipped cream, sugar and starch evenly without particles, and turn on medium heat

After it has thickened a bit, you can turn to low heat and keep stirring until it thickens. Turn off the fire

Place it in a container while it is hot, and cool to form.

Cut into suitable size squares. Flour, oil, salt, monosodium glutamate, baking powder and some water are added to make a crispy paste.
