Fried Milk
1.
Put the milk, milk powder, sugar, starch, and half of the condensed milk in the pot and mix well.
2.
Then put the pot on the stove and heat it on a low fire, stir vigorously in one direction, and be careful to paste the pot.
3.
Prepare a lunch box and cover it with plastic wrap.
4.
Pour the milk paste into the lunch box, close the lid and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
5.
Stir the fried crispy powder, egg whites, and water together into a paste, and try not to be too thin.
6.
Take the frozen milk out and cut into rectangles.
7.
Pour the oil into a small pot and preheat the oil. When the oil is heated until the chopsticks are inserted into it, there will be a little bubble, so turn it to a low heat immediately.
8.
Coat the milk sticks, put them in the oil pan, and fry them until golden brown.
9.
After deep-fried, you can put the remaining condensed milk in a small bowl, and those who like sweets can dip it.
Tips:
The boiled fresh milk should be stirred in one direction; if you like to eat more crispy, you can put it in the pot and quickly fry it over medium-high heat.
