Fried Mung Bean Sprouts

Wash and drain bean sprouts.

Shred green onions.

Shred the green pepper. Dried chilies are set aside.

Heat the pan with cold oil, sauté the peppercorns, and remove the peppercorns.

Pour in dried chili and stir fry for a fragrance, pour in shredded green onion and green pepper.

Pour in mung bean sprouts.
7.
Pour in a little vinegar. Stir fry evenly.
8.
Add a little salt to enhance the taste, then pour in a little vinegar.

Stir-fry evenly before serving.
