Fried Mushroom Salad

Wash the mushrooms and drain; take the egg whites and add a little salt to beat them and set aside.

Tricholoma is first coated with a layer of cornstarch, and then evenly coated with a layer of egg liquid.

Then wrap it with breadcrumbs.

When the oil is six or seven hot, put the mushrooms in the mouth and fry them until golden.

Serve on a plate and dip in salad dressing.
