Fried Mushrooms with Egg

Tips:
Do not cook the quail eggs for a long time when they are boiled. Put a pot under cold water and bring to a low heat. After 5 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Soak it in cold water until it cools. When peeling the skin, roll it gently on the table to crush the skin and it will be easy to peel. In the end, just leave a small amount of soup.
