Fried Mushrooms with Eggs

Peel and slice carrots, slice pleurotus eryngii, and chop green onions.

Put the oil in the pan and fry the eggs first. Put more oil than usual when cooking.

Tips:
Use more oil when frying eggs, and don’t add more oil when sautéing mushrooms.
