Fried Mushrooms with Snow Pea

Select the line for removing tendons of snow peas, wash, and blanch in boiling water until it turns green and remove.

The blanched snow peas are beautiful in color.

Wash the mushrooms and cut into thick slices.

Boil it in the boiling water and remove it for later use.

Heat a proper amount of oil in the pot, stir fry the shallots, garlic, and peppercorns to create a fragrance.

Pour the blanched mushrooms, snow peas and millet pepper into the pot and stir fry a few times.
7.
Season with salt and chicken essence.
8.
Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and serve.
