Miss hometown, miss hometown's food! Mianwo, a kind of breakfast in my hometown in Hubei, is made of rice and soybeans. It is burnt on the outside and tender on the inside. It is served with a bowl of soy milk. "

Fried Noodle Nest

1. Soak the soybeans and rice for 4 hours in advance, add a little water, ginger, garlic, and rice to make a rice paste, then add flour, salt, pepper, and green onions and stir well.

2. Heat the oil in the pot. When the oil temperature reaches 80% hot, scoop a spoonful of rice milk and fry it in the pot.

3. Fry until the noodle nest is firmly formed, shake the noodle spoon to get out of the noodle nest!

4. Let the noodle nest continue to fry in the pan, and fry the other side until golden on both sides.

5. Take out the fried noodle nest and drain the oil!

Tips:

1. The newly bought noodle spoon needs to be fried several times, after the oil is over, the mold can be dragged.
2. The batter should not be too thick or too thick, just adjust it to the consistency of yogurt.
