Fried Noodles

1. Side dishes: beans, carrots, spring onions.

2. Side dishes: a piece of braised pork (or pork belly, I didn't finish the braised pork at home, cut a small piece and used it), garlic.

3. Cut all the ingredients into pellets for later use.

4. Roll out the fried peanuts into pellets for later use.

5. And good dough.

6. Rub the dough into long strips and cut into small pieces.

7. Roll out to the size of dough and egg.

9. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the dough and cook.

10. Scoop it up after it's cooked, and put it in cold water.

12. Put oil in the pan and saute the meat.

13. Then saute the minced garlic.
