Fried Noodles

Prepare materials. Fry a sun egg in advance. Cut scallions, chopped green onions, slice pork belly, shred cabbage, shred onion, fish bamboo wheel, and leeks into sections. Stir-fry hot water in a pot, add the hollow noodles of golden dragon fish active ferment, boil for a while, control the water and pick it up.

Add sesame oil and mix well. The noodles are not sticky and easy to stir evenly.

In another oil pan, heat up, add pork belly slices and fry to get the oil, add the shallots and onions to fry the flavor.

Put the fish in bamboo wheels and stir fry until cooked.

Pour in shredded cabbage and chives, and stir well.

Put the noodles and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in yakisoba sauce (or steak sauce, barbecue sauce), salt, and black pepper, and stir-fry until the sauce is absorbed by the noodles.

After stir-frying, set it up. Sprinkle with Shanghai Tess, Sun Egg, and then squeeze with mayonnaise dressing as you like. You can start eating.
Tips:
1. Japanese style fried noodle sauce, you can buy it in online stores. You can also use Japanese-style steak sauce or barbecue sauce instead for another taste.
2. Scoop up the noodles when they are hard, and mix them with sesame oil or salad oil, so that they won’t be sticky when frying, and the texture will be springy.
3. You can add your favorite vegetables, meat, and seafood.
