This practice is modified according to the taste of the family. It's a bit far-fetched to say "fried", but it's okay to say "stir". But in my kitchen, it is called "fried noodles"! This approach is very random and can be freely combined according to preferences. There are many steps, and the time needs to be planned. For example: you can cut the meat first~salted meat~steamed noodles~steamed noodles at the same time you can boil the fungus~cut vegetables..."

1. Ingredients: shred meat; shredded water fungus; shred celery; shred lettuce; shred carrots; mince ginger; mince garlic.
