Fried Noodles

1. Cut the material head for later use.

2. Add appropriate amount of very fresh noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, thirteen incense, pepper powder, sesame oil, and pepper, mix well and set aside.

3. Heat a pot with oil, dry fish, dried shrimps, shiitake mushrooms, Agaricus blazei and saute until fragrant, add onions, leeks, and scallions to fragrant.

4. Lay eggs and continue to stir fry.

5. Stir-fry until dry and fragrant.

6. Stir fry the bottom strips and season.

7. Add green onion leaves, pepper, and sesame oil before boiling.

8. Plate.
