Fried Noodles in Oil

Clean iron pan, put flour in cold pan

Turn on a very small fire, and keep stirring the flour

When the flour is fragrant and the color is slightly yellow, put in the lard, and boil the lard yourself

Stir fry constantly to mix the lard and flour evenly

The color of the fried flour becomes darker, but it can’t be fried anymore. Hold it with your hand and it can’t be dispersed immediately.

Tips:
In the process of fried noodles, stir fry continuously to avoid roux. The amount of lard can be adjusted by yourself, but not too much.
