Fried Noodles with Carrot and Watercress

Ingredients.

Boil the noodles in a pot and cook them.

Heat oil in a wok, add carrots and watercress and stir fry for two minutes.

Add cooked noodles, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, braised soy sauce.
