Fried Noodles with Ham and Bamboo Shoots

Ingredients: bamboo shoots, sliced ham, noodles (boiled too cold)

Peel the bamboo shoots, cut off the old roots, and clean them.

Cut into slices on the chopping board and set aside.

Put the ham slices on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Afterwards, put the cut bamboo shoots in a pot of water, blanch for 5 minutes, and then remove them.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the sliced ham and stir fry.

Next, stir-fry the blanched bamboo shoots and the cold noodles.

Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.

Add the right amount of MSG.
