Fried Noodles with Leek and Egg
1.
Bring the water to a boil first ~ boil and put in the noodles ~ the noodles are soft and ready to be out of the pot.
2.
Rinse the noodles with cold water~ It's more refreshing~
3.
Wash the leek and cut into sections, set aside~
4.
This is the leftover tenderloin from my previous meal... You can add some meat on your own, or you can ignore this step.
5.
Stir the two eggs well, add a small amount of salt to taste, and set aside.
6.
Heat the pan, add oil, and pour the eggs
7.
After frying the egg for 30 seconds, you can use a spatula to slice it out little by little
8.
Pour in the chives and fry a few times
9.
Pour the noodles, turn the heat back and forth to fry, and fry the water dry
10.
Stir fry until almost, add soy sauce, salt, and stir well
11.
You can add some sesame oil when it comes out of the pan! Then just eat it out of the pot! ! !
