Fried Noodles with Potatoes and Diced Pork

Dice potatoes and set aside, wash them with water several times to remove starch.

Dice the lean meat and set aside.

Mix yellow sauce and sweet noodle sauce, add water, stir well and set aside.

After the oil is hot, add the diced meat and stir fry.

After the diced meat changes color, add the diced potatoes and continue to fry.

Then add the mixed sauce, bring to a boil over high heat and simmer on low heat.

Just simmer the sauce into a viscous sauce. I simmered it for about a quarter of an hour. When the sauce is simmered, it must be kept on a low heat and stirred with a spatula to avoid simmering.

The noodles are cooked, add potato diced meat sauce, and then served with cucumber shreds. Alas, the delicious fried noodles are ready.
