Fried Noodles with Sauerkraut and Sausage

Pour in water from the pot and bring to a boil, add the dried noodles and cook.

Drizzle an appropriate amount of chive oil in a bowl to prevent the noodles from sticking together.

Prepare chopped green onion and ginger.

Prepare sauerkraut shredded and serve on a plate.

Pour in the right amount of chive oil from the pot, and boil 80% to open the minced chives and ginger.

Pour sauerkraut and stir fry.

Add sliced sausage and stir fry, add appropriate amount of Haitian soy sauce.

Add an appropriate amount of water to turn off the heat, pick up the noodles with chopsticks and a spatula, then mix them into the pot, stir well and taste, and finally sprinkle the chopped green onions into a bowl.
Tips:
1. I use the Harbin sausage which I poured myself. You can also buy it from the supermarket.
2. Because of the addition of pickled sauerkraut and the flavor of sausage, I added soy sauce to enhance the flavor. Therefore, salt and other seasonings are not added.
