Fried Noodles with Sausage

Instant noodles, Cantonese sausages, carrots, Shanghai greens

Slice the sausage, shred the carrot, wash and break the Shanghai greens, and slice the garlic.

Put the noodles in boiling water and cook until they are half cooked, remove them, and control the moisture.
