Fried Noodles with Shiitake and Pork

Shiitake mushrooms, carrot slices. Shred ginger, cut green onion into small pieces, and shred pork belly.

After the noodles are cooked to 8 minutes, place in cold water and set aside.

Put a little bottom oil in the pan, heat up the pan, add the shredded pork, stir the fat meat out of the oil, and add the scallion white and ginger shreds. Add the carrots after sautéing the aroma.

Stir-fry the carrots until softened, add the mushrooms, and reduce the heat until the mushrooms become soft.

Add the noodles cooked in cold water.

Add the dark soy sauce to color, and season the light soy sauce. Finally, put a little salt and green onion to serve.
