Fried Noodles with Shrimp and Seaweed

Boil the water in a pot, add the wet noodles, remove it for 2 minutes after boiling, and drain it for later use (add some oil and stir to prevent sticking), peel the shrimp, and tear the seaweed.

Heat the pan and put oil, ginger, garlic, shrimp, seaweed, stir fry, add noodles, add a little soy sauce and stir fry, finally put lettuce and chopped green onion.
