Fried Noodles with Vegetables, Eggs and Pork

1. After shredded pork tenderloin, add some pepper, light soy sauce, and a little starch, mix well, add some oil to seal it, and marinate for ten minutes

2. Wash spinach and lettuce

3. After the spinach is blanched, cool it down

4. Cut blanched spinach into sections, and shred carrots

5. One egg

6. Scrambled eggs, serve and set aside
