Fried Octopus Section
1.
Defrost and wash the hairtail (frozen hairtail I bought from the supermarket)

Marinate with salt and light soy sauce for ten minutes
3.
Stir the egg, flour, gorgon powder with a little water to make a batter
4.
Coat the marinated hairtail with egg batter
5.
Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot and cook until 70% hot, put in the octopus section and fry until golden on both sides, remove and drain the oil.

Don't make the batter too thick
