Fried Okara Balls

1. The main ingredients: flour, soybean dregs (bean dregs filtered by beating soy milk).

2. Okara, flour, salt, and pepper are mixed.

3. All ingredients and into groups.

4. Roll the okara dough into small balls.

5. Peanut oil is heated.

6. Okara balls are fried in the pot.

7. Fry the meatballs until slightly yellow and remove them.

8. Re-fry the bean dregs in the pot until browned.

9. Put the fried meatballs on the filter to filter the peanut oil.

10. Platter.

11. Add some salad dressing for another flavor.
