Fried Okra

1. Prepare the ingredients and cut the okra into thick oblique blades. Slice the ginger and cut the pepper into small pieces.

2. Heat the pan with cold oil, add chili and ginger slices and stir fry for a fragrance.

3. Add in the chopped sausage and stir fry evenly.

4. Fry until the minced meat changes color, add okra.

5. Stir-fry evenly, add light soy sauce, salt

6. Continue to stir fry until the okra changes color and the color is even, then turn off the heat and serve.

7. A plate of fried okra, ready to cook.
