Fried Okra with Bacon

First prepare the ingredients: okra, bacon, green onion, ginger, salt, light soy sauce, and jiusan peanut oil.

Wash okra and cut diagonally, slice bacon, and chop green onion and ginger for later use.

Heat up a wok and add nine-three peanut oil. After the oil is hot, add sliced bacon and stir fry.

When the edge of the bacon is stir-fried, add the chopped green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Then add the cut okra and stir fry.

Stir fry a few times and add 1 g of salt.

Then add 10ml light soy sauce.

Stir evenly to get out of the pot.
Tips:
Okra is easy to ripen, just sauté a little.
